This presentation will instruction with a list and examples, on how things are done in District One and why they do them. It is a study of what not to do, how to get along with your Maintaining Agencies, creating better customer service, and building better relationships with the people that we depend on to do the work. If we can provide the equipment of preference (within the rules, of course) for the many different agencies (40 Cities and 12 Counties) and keep them happy, they are more willing to cooperate wiith us when needed. No video is shown, but there are pictures and examples in the materials. This is a product of 250 years of collective experience and learning things the hard way. Doing a good job the FIRST time helps to prevent cost overruns, supplemental agreements, utility adjustments, and revisions.
